Since Noah is home with us now and the official "journey" to bring him home has come to an end. I needed to make a decision. As per my first post in this blog, the original plan was to have a blog until we returned home and that's it. I'll admit, although I did enjoy posting and keeping the blog up I have not been very good at keeping it up since coming home. I'm going to make it more of an effort though as I found the blog was a great way to journal our life over the last year and I enjoy reading it even now. So...even though life may not be as exciting as it was during the adoption process I think this is a great opportunity for me to continue our family journal even if it is only for me to look back on in the years to come. I am going to try very hard to post 1x per week. At least that's my goal...we'll see. Instead of continuing on this blog, I've created a new family blog.

Our first meeting...This was one scared little boy who didnt interact, didn't play, didnt really do much of anything. It was so obvious he was in shock and it has been such a joy to watch him open up in front of our eyes.
we both commented on this day on how much Noah seemed like a "typical" two year old. Getting into things, bickering with his siblings etc. It was so nice to see and although we've got a long way to go, the change in this little guy has been amazing to watch.
These 3 are true siblings. We knew our family was not complete, we had no idea though what a perfect fit Noah would be in our family. He was truly meant to be here with us!
