A typical day with daddy

So, in my Father's day post I mentioned that Alan has the kids quite a bit during the week. Here is a typical day for them..
Alan puts the kids in the jogging stroller and runs 4 miles up to the playground, where the they all play for an hour or so and then runs the 4 miles back. It's pretty much a win-win for all of them and the kids do really well in the jogging stroller.




Believe it or not this is mud on Ephram's face! The kids had a blast jumping in the huge mud puddles in our driveway
