We got the news this week that our Consulate appointment will be Tuesday November 3. I booked our airplane tickets yesterday and we are just waiting/trying to figure out the hotel situation. We also are waiting for a more specific itinerary.
Until then, what we know is that Alan and I will be leaving Rochester 10/23 at 5pm for Nanning,
He will be returning the morning of 10/31. Alan's sister Dina is meeting me in Guangzhou on 10/31 and Noah, Dina and I will be returning to Rochester on 11/06 at 10:04pm.
On October 28, 2008 we saw Noah's picture for the first time and reviewed his file. We will be meeting him on October 26!! Here we are one year later and in some ways it feels like we just saw him! When we were waiting for all those calls, forms, approvals and update...well that's another story!
I'll give updates as soon as I can,
I also need to post photos of our day at the pumpkin patch/harvest festival, but that will have to wait until tomorrow
